The $3.3 million data center is split into two phases on the same floor of Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company's Fashion Island location.
The main data center comprises raised access-floor housing 23,000 square feet of data center and 4,000 of telecommunications area. A mini-data center consists of 5,500 square feet of raised access-floor space. The project included interior design, a 300 ton redundant chiller system, 600 kVA uninterruptible power supply, diesel generators, TraceTek water detection, and 6 zone Halon and pre-action sprinkler fire suppression systems. Security includes card key access, video surveillance and mantrap doorway entries.
