The $6.0 million project consists of converting an existing, single story warehouse building to a data center and office facility with 18,300 square feet of raised access-floor space, 2,000 of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and electrical support area, and 22,200 of office and bill fulfillment space. The site contains multiple service entrances, UPS modules and stand-by generators, redundant utility feeders, environmental support systems, and high-technology life support systems. Additional project requirements include site design, interior design, TraceTek water detection, and Halon and pre-action sprinkler fire suppression systems.
